As the Business Operations Coordinator at Sol Dog Lodge and Training Center, I bring more than three decades of business management, marketing, and operational experience to a mission that’s close to my heart. I’ve spent my career helping organizations and small businesses grow through strategy, systems, and strong client relationships — and I’m proud to apply those skills in support of Sol Dog’s vision to serve the needs of all dogs and the people who love them.

My background includes years of entrepreneurial experience developing programs, managing operations, and leading teams across multiple industries. Beyond my professional work, I’ve had the privilege of serving on seven community boards and committees throughout Southern Arizona, where I’ve helped strengthen partnerships between nonprofits, small businesses, and civic organizations. These experiences have deepened my understanding of community engagement, collaboration, and service — values that align perfectly with the work we do here at Sol Dog.

At Sol Dog Lodge, I manage front-office operations, support our Executive Director and leadership team, and help ensure that our systems and day-to-day processes run smoothly so that our team can focus on what truly matters — providing exceptional care and training for dogs and support for their people.

On a personal note, I grew up surrounded by dogs and have shared my home with them for more than 30 years. I’m deeply passionate about Sol Dog’s community impact and feel honored to play a role in advancing its mission to create a world where every dog is valued, cared for, and thriving.
