These Messaging Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the mobile messaging program (the “Program”) operated by Sol Dog Lodge (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting into the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The Program delivers automated notifications, customer service alerts, appointment reminders, boarding and daycare updates, and general customer support messages to subscribers who have explicitly consented to receive them.
2. CONSENT AND OPT-IN
To join the Program, you must provide your mobile number through our online forms, in-person registration, or by texting a keyword subscription command to our sending number. By checking the consent box or signing an opt-in form, you verify that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of any purchase.
3. MESSAGE FREQUENCY
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. We anticipate sending a reasonable volume of messages to support transactional, appointment, and customer support functions.
4. PRICING AND FEES
We do not charge a fee to participate in the Program. However, message and data rates may apply under
your wireless carrier’s plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. CANCELLATION AND OPT-OUT
You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon receipt, we will send one final automated confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and no further messages will be sent. To re-enroll, text START at any time.

Notwithstanding any general terms that may permit the sharing of personal information, we strictly maintain the following exception: mobile numbers, text messaging opt-in consent data, and messaging originator information are non-transferable and apply solely to Sol Dog Lodge and the specific messaging campaign to which you opted in.
5. SECURITY
We implement physical, administrative, and technical controls designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. No method of electronic storage or transmission is absolutely secure.
